Mhlontlo municipality is the most dangerous area in SA. When criminals embark on a robbery, police wait until the robbery is done. They go to the crime scene when the criminals are gone. No effort to stop the crime, they are under staffed, under resourced with corrupt seniors, criminals themselves.
